Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with everything you order from DoggyDogFarm. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

## 14-day right to return

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. This is your right under EU consumer law. Once you've told us you'd like to return something, you have another 14 days to send it back.

To be eligible, items should be:

- Unused and in their original condition
- With any tags or packaging still attached

Leashes like the Houvast and Veldlijn fall under this, as long as they haven't been used out in the field.

## What we can't take back

For hygiene and safety reasons, some things can't be returned:

- Food, treats, and any perishable products
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Gift cards
