Shipping
We want your order to reach you and your dog as smoothly as possible. Here is how our shipping works.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the Netherlands and to EU countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, we cannot ship there just yet.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: €8.95 flat rate
- Amsterdam: free. Orders going to an Amsterdam postcode are delivered personally by the DoggyDogFarm team.
- If your dog is one of our guests: free, wherever you live. Use the code we sent you at checkout.
- Rest of EU: calculated at checkout based on your location
The exact shipping cost is always shown before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Processing time
We pack and dispatch orders within [1-3] business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day. You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Once shipped, estimated delivery is:
- Netherlands: [3-5] business days
- Amsterdam, delivered by us: usually 2 to 3 working days
- Rest of EU: [3-7] business days
These are estimates from our carrier, not guarantees. Once your parcel is with them, the timing is in their hands and we cannot be responsible for delays on their side.
Tracking your order
Orders sent by carrier ship with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. Orders we deliver ourselves in Amsterdam do not have tracking, but we will let you know when we are on our way.
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, give it a couple of extra days, then email us at planning@doggydogfarm.nl and we will look into it.
Problems with delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at planning@doggydogfarm.nl within 14 days and we will sort it out. Please also see our Returns & Refunds policy for how we handle damaged or incorrect items.
