# Terms of Service

Welcome to the DoggyDogFarm webshop. These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from our store. By placing an order, you agree to them, so it's worth a quick read.

## 2. Our products

We do our best to show our products accurately, including colours and descriptions. That said, small differences can happen, especially with photography, so the item you receive may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. We can change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

## 3. Placing an order

When you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order, not that we've accepted it. A contract between us is formed once we confirm the order has been shipped.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

- The item is out of stock
- There's an error in the price or description
- We suspect fraud or misuse

If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll get a full refund.

## 4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

## 5. Shipping

We ship to the areas listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order leaves us, delivery timing is in the hands of the carrier.

Any shipping costs are shown before you pay.

## 6. Returns and refunds

You have a 14-day right to return most items, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Perishable goods such as food and treats can't be returned. Please see the full policy for details.

## 7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions in our Returns & Refunds policy. To use this right, contact us at [your email] before the 14 days are up.

## 8. Our liability

We take care to provide good products and a smooth experience, but we can't be held responsible for:

- Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable
- Misuse of products (for example, using a leash beyond its intended purpose)
- Delays or issues caused by third parties such as carriers

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for things that can't be excluded by law.

All content in this webshop, including text, photos, logos, and product names like Houvast and Veldlijn, belongs to DoggyDogFarm. Please don't copy or reuse it without our permission.

## 10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.

## 11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent Dutch courts. As a consumer, you may also have the right to bring a dispute to the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
